Lifting is one of the highest-risk and highest-compliance activities on any construction or industrial site in Saudi Arabia. Getting the crane type, capacity and certification wrong does not just slow your project — it stops it.
Makcon provides a complete crane rental service across Saudi Arabia, with every unit in our fleet carrying valid Aramco approval and TUV third-party certification. We supply mobile cranes, crawler cranes, all-terrain cranes, tower cranes, truck-mounted cranes, spider cranes and boom trucks — with certified operators and full lifting support for projects of all scales and sectors.

Hydraulic mobile cranes from 30 to 500 tonnes for general construction lifts, equipment installation and structural erection. Road-mobile and fast to deploy across any Saudi Arabia project site.
All-terrain cranes combine road-legal mobility with off-road capability — ideal for mixed access sites, industrial plant interiors and brownfield projects where ground conditions are unpredictable.
Crawler cranes provide maximum stability for heavy, long-duration lifts on soft or uneven ground. Essential for tank farm construction, vessel installation and large structural erection on petrochemical and refinery sites.
Tower cranes for high-rise residential and commercial construction, mixed-use developments and large-footprint infrastructure projects requiring a fixed overhead lift point for sustained operations.
Truck-mounted cranes combine lifting capability with a road-legal flatbed for transporting materials in a single vehicle — efficient for logistics yards, precast delivery, MEP material placement and utility installation work.
Spider cranes are compact, outrigger-stabilised mini cranes designed for confined spaces, indoor facilities, rooftop installations and sites where a full-size crane cannot access — without sacrificing lifting precision or safety.
Boom trucks provide lighter lifting combined with material transport capability — the most cost-effective solution for daily material handling, steel delivery, precast placement and medium-duty lifts that do not require a full mobile crane setup.
Our lifting engineers will review your load data, site conditions and project scope, then recommend the most suitable crane type and capacity — at no charge.
Send us your lift plan, drawing or a brief description of the job and we will come back with a clear recommendation and quote.
Talk to a Lifting EngineerCrane rental in Saudi Arabia is not just about finding a machine at the right price. Your client, your site HSE team and your lifting supervisor all need to know the equipment is certified, the operator is qualified and the lift plan is sound before a single hook goes in the air.
Makcon has built its reputation in the Eastern Province's most demanding crane rental environments — Aramco facilities, SABIC plant shutdowns and Jubail Industrial City projects — where there is zero tolerance for certification gaps or equipment failures.
Inspection reports, maintenance logs, third-party certificates and operator licences are prepared and available before mobilisation day — no last-minute scramble at the site gate.
Crane operators hold valid Saudi government licences and current Aramco crane operator certifications. We also supply rigging supervisors, signalmen and banksmen as part of a complete lifting team.
For complex or critical lifts, our team assists with lift study preparation, ground bearing calculations and radius/load chart verification — so your permit to work goes through first time.
Cranes are revenue-critical assets on any project. Our maintenance team is on standby around the clock to handle breakdowns, oil changes and scheduled service without pulling your crane off the job for days.
Our crane yard is in Al Khobar. That means shorter transport distances, lower mobilisation cost and faster deployment to Dammam, Jubail, Dhahran and surrounding Eastern Province sites.
Makcon's crane fleet has been deployed across Saudi Arabia's most demanding sectors. Here are the industries we regularly support:
Plant shutdowns, turnarounds, vessel and heat exchanger installation, pipe rack erection and catalyst changeout. Our Aramco-certified cranes and operators enter restricted process areas without compliance delays.
Structural steel erection, precast concrete placement, bridge beam installation and high-rise construction. We supply everything from a single boom truck to a full multi-crane fleet for large EPC contracts.
Generator set installation, transformer placement, substation erection and desalination plant equipment lifts. Power sector projects demand precise load charts and documented rigging — our standard delivery.
Quayside crane support, module installation at port facilities and marine structure erection at Dammam and Jubail port areas. Our crawler and all-terrain cranes handle the softground and wind exposure of coastal project sites.
Equipment installation, machinery changeout and heavy component maintenance at mining, steel and manufacturing facilities. Large crawler cranes for high-tonnage precision lifts in restricted-clearance industrial environments.
Tower cranes and mobile cranes for residential towers, commercial complexes, hotel and mixed-use developments across Al Khobar, Dammam and the growing Vision 2030 development corridors of the Eastern Province.
Makcon operates from Al Khobar in the Eastern Province and deploys crane fleets across Saudi Arabia. Our primary coverage includes:
Full mobile, crawler and boom truck fleet available for Dammam construction and industrial projects. Fast mobilisation from our Al Khobar yard to all Dammam project sites and industrial zones. Crane rental Dammam details
Jubail Industrial City demands Aramco-grade documentation for every crane that enters. Our entire fleet is compliant. We have extensive experience supplying cranes for plant shutdowns and new facility construction inside Jubail's restricted industrial zones.
Our base of operations. We serve Al Khobar construction and commercial development projects with same-day or next-day crane mobilisation for most machine types in our fleet.
We supply cranes to major construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh and the Central Region. Crane transport from our Eastern Region yard is coordinated with low-bed transport planning and delivery scheduling to meet your start date.
We mobilise cranes to Jeddah and Western Region projects including port, commercial and industrial contracts. For large or long-term projects in Jeddah, we can position equipment locally to reduce transport costs and improve response times.
Makcon can mobilise crane rental to any project location across Saudi Arabia, including Yanbu, Ras Al Khair, NEOM corridor projects, and remote oilfield or mining sites.

For sites operating under Saudi Aramco GI (General Instructions) requirements, our cranes are pre-qualified and our operators are Aramco crane operator certified.
What Makcon's crane certification package includes:
This full documentation package is prepared before the crane leaves our yard — so your site HSE and permit-to-work process can be completed without waiting for missing paperwork.
For planned shutdowns and major lifts, we can supply this pack in advance so your engineering and HSE team can review and approve before mobilisation day.
From first enquiry to crane on site — here is how Makcon manages crane rental in Saudi Arabia:
Share lift details: load weight, radius, height, site location, start date and duration. If you have a lift plan or drawing, include it — we will review it and match the right crane to your load chart.
Our lifting team reviews your load, radius, outrigger space and site access, then recommends the most suitable crane type and model — prioritising safety, efficiency and cost effectiveness for your scope.
You receive a clear quote with crane type, operator option, mobilisation cost and rental rate. Certification documents are provided for pre-approval by your site HSE or client's engineering team.
For restricted sites (Aramco, SABIC, Jubail Industrial City), we coordinate gate pass applications, vehicle entry permits and any site-specific HSE induction requirements well before the mobilisation date.
The crane is transported on our low-bed trailer to site. Our operator and rigging crew handle setup, outrigger positioning and pre-lift inspection checks before your permit-to-work is signed off.
We stay on site or on call during lifting operations. Our maintenance team covers any technical issues 24/7. At job completion, we handle clean demobilisation and full documentation close-out.
